With unobstructed views and access to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this completely renovated beach front, first floor condo is just steps away from the sugar white sands of Florida's Gulf Coast\. This end\-unit provides wonderful natural light and privacy, with views of the spectacular sunrises over Eastern Lake to the east, and sunsets over the gulf to the west\.   

Inside comforts include a king master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and extra\-long twin\-over\-double bunk beds\. The open concept kitchen/living room area provides ample room and amenities for you and your guests to enjoy the view and relax\. 

This condo offers quick access to the beach or nearby Eastern Lake for family fun, swimming, fishing, kayaking, or just lounging around\. You will be close to restaurants, shopping, and area entertainment in Seagrove Beach and nearby famous 30A Seaside, but secluded enough to avoid over\-crowded beaches\.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests\. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan\. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods\.
