This luxurious rental villa features three bedrooms, a private lanai with beautiful tropical views and a community pool\. It is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends\.

The luxury villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms\. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, stunning tropical views and a community clubhouse with a fitness center and resort\-style pool\.

There is a master suite with a king bed and a flat screen television, a master bath with a walk\-in dual head shower, double sinks and a separate soaking tub\. The second master suite features another king bed, flat screen tv and a walk in dual head shower in its bathroom\. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the hall bathroom\. 

The kitchen has granite countertops, upscale appliances and a dining room that seats eight people comfortably with four additional bar stools at the kitchen island\. The living room has space for the entire family and boasts a large flat screen television\. As stated, there is a private lanai which has a glass wall that expands the living room and provides outdoor dining space\. There is a front loading washer and dryer\. Also, there is a community space by the pool with grills and a fitness center with top of the line equipment\.

You'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, and grill\.
