Little Slice of Heaven in Ocean Edge with Golf Course Overlook \~ Near Linx Tavern and Arbor pool\!

This nicely renovated Edinborough Village condo features beautiful wood flooring throughout and is nearby to the Arbor pool complex and The Linx Tavern\. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, private deck, en\-suite bath, & mini\-split A/C\.  The second bedroom has three twin beds, a private deck, and mini\-split A/C\.  The den has a queen sleep sofa, TV, mini\-split AC, and sliders to the main deck\.  The modern & fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, while a spacious dining area comfortably seats seven\. The living room has a large, flat screen TV and A/C\. Sliders off the dining area and den lead to a furnished patio with grille\.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately\. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice\.
