Welcome to Edgewater Bluffs, a rustic yet modern retreat set on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan\. From the moment you step inside, panoramic lake views greet you from nearly every main living space\. Surrounded by whispering pines and the sounds of nature, this timeless home blends the warmth of a classic lodge with the elevated comforts of modern living\.  Recently renovated, the kitchen seats 10\. With six bedrooms, this home offers a restful gathering place for families or groups\. Out back, enjoy chatting around the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, or simply watching the peaceful waves\. Situated between South Haven and Saugatuck, this is the ultimate southwest Michigan getaway\. 

Stairs provide direct access to the beach on Lake Michigan\.  Those with mobility issues may drive down to the Glenn Shores neighborhood beach access point as an alternative to using the stairs\. It is a 0\.4 mile walk to the neighborhood beach access \(7\-minute walk\) from the front door to the sand\. There is a parking lot at this access point and a paved path with a decline to the sand\.

This property is now dog friendly\! Dogs are allowed on the Glenn Shores Beach, but please keep them leashed\.
