\- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\.  

\- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\.

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.

\- The community pool is open from 9 am \- 8 pm Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend\.

\- There is no RV or trailer parking per the HOA\. Renters can park their trailers across the street for only $5 per day by calling & making reservations with Wolfe Creek Rentals\. You need to state you are parking at the Townsend Facility\.

\- Please respect other guests and residents in the building\. It's very important that we be considerate of any loud music or noise\. Thanks for serving those around you\!

\- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces\. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase\.
