Numerous expansive windows provide multiple vantage points of the mountains and the surrounding natural beauty from this central space\. Adjacent to the living area, a spacious wrap\-around patio offers a delightful setting to unwind and appreciate the fresh air, outdoor hot tub and gas grill\. 
The complete kitchen features luxurious touches such as bespoke hickory wood cabinets, stunning granite countertops, a spacious breakfast bar area on the kitchen island with seating for three and a dining area with seating for eight at the main table\. While pots and pans are provided, guests will need to bring their own cooking ingredients\.
The spacious primary bedroom features a King bed with an attached bathroom, complete with walk\-in shower and double vanities\. The second bedroom provides a Queen bed with a bathroom located just across the hallway\. Positioned near the entrance of the condominium, the third bedroom is furnished with a Double Bunk bed and a Twin Bunk bed, making it an ideal space for children\. 
The Den located adjacent to the kitchen features a Queen sofa sleeper, providing an additional spot to enjoy television for those who wish to watch a movie or support their favorite sports team\.

Elk Creek B103 presents a beautiful 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath condominium situated in the heart of downtown Fraser\.  It is conveniently close to hiking trails, tubing hills, restaurants, breweries, shopping and many other attractions\. Guests can also take advantage of the free shuttle service located in front of the building for a quick ride to Winter Park Resort\. 
The unit offers complimentary WIFI access, a private patio equipped with furniture and an outdoor private hot tub, a washer and dryer, in\-floor radiant heating, and a gas fireplace\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\. 
Parking is available in the open next to the walkway leading to the condo entrance, with a maximum of 3 cars suggested\. The unit is conveniently located on the shuttle route to the ski resort and various activities,  with an hourly stop\. 
Guests are reminded that smoking and pets are not allowed on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules\.  Violations of these rules will result in a fine of 200 per day\.
