There is also a powder room and access to the garage off of this living area\.The upper floor features three bedrooms, two full baths\. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full/double bed\. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath tub shower combo located in the upstairs hallway\. The third bedroom is a master bedroom with a brand new king bed with adjustable position mattress with remote, and an attached private bathroom with a jetted shower tub combo\.Enjoy access to the private deck from the master bedroom\. The master bathroom also has a full size washer and dryer to make doing laundry more convenient\. One of the guest bedrooms, and the master bedroom, each have a flat screen TV\. It’s 1\.3 miles to downtown Estes Park and 3\.4 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance at Rocky Mountain National Park\.Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2\-3 garbage bags, sample\-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2\-3 laundry powder packs, 4\-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack\.
