## Description
Our 3,000 sq ft, 5 bdrm, 4 bath Elkpoint townhome \(Unit 6\) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza\.  The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends\.  The 2nd living space on the bottom floor is perfect for the kids with a Foosball Table and TV\.  The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub\. The townhome has a washer/dryer, WIFI and an attached heated 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear and there is an additional parking space in front of the garage\.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club\. For an additional \(and optional\) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility\. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee\.  

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation\. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s\.
