Located on an oceanfront back peg lot so you don't have to cross any streets to the ocean, just a short walk on your own private boardwalk with ocean viewing deck\. Private covered and open decks on all levels complete with furniture to enjoy the views\. Boardwalk to the beach with dune deck\. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower\. Easy walking distance to Bogue Inlet pier for a stroll on the boardwalk\. Parking for three cars\. Close to grocery stores and restaurants\. Guest house not available\. The main house of this property rents monthly in the off\-season November \- March \(only\)\. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation\.   Pets considered with $300 non\-refundable fee per pet\.
