Built into the hillside between the base of Park City Mountain and Main Street and walking distance to both, this comfortable, four level duplex accommodates up to 11 people\. It's also near the free town shuttle stop \- jump on to easily get to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all of the area's activities and entertainment\. 

The bottom level \(1st floor\) is a spacious suite with a king bed, a twin trundle, a full bath and a flat screen TV\. The next level up \(2nd floor\) has a full bath and two bedrooms, one has a queen and the other has two twin beds; each has its own TV\. The next level up is the main floor, and one level up from that, the top floor \(4th floor\), has one bedroom with a king bed, a full bath and a TV\. 

The main floor \(3rd floor\) is a great place to hang out with family and friends, prepping meals in the full kitchen, dining at the table with seating for 8 or the counter with seating for 2, or lounging in front of the warm wood burning fireplace while watching the large flat screen TV\. For convenience there's a powder room adjacent to the kitchen\.

This condo also features a private washer/dryer, high speed internet and a one car garage with outside parking available for another vehicle\. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates\. Moderate Plus rating\.
