A den with a queen bed, AC, TV, and sliders to the main deck provides additional sleeping space\.

The fully equipped, updated kitchen includes all\-new appliances—dishwasher, microwave, blender, and more\. A skylit dining area delivers charming golf course views and opens to a spacious deck furnished with an electric grill and outdoor dining set\.

Relax in the air\-conditioned living room featuring cable TV, a ceiling fan, a wet bar with wine fridge, and plenty of cozy seating\. Additional amenities include in\-unit washer/dryer, WIFI, and a mid\-size foldable ping\-pong table for family fun\. Central A/C throughout\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
