The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest rooms have  2 full beds in one room and 1 full bed in the other\.The property in conveniently located  so that from your patio you are only a few steps away from the ocean side amenities\. You can enjoy sitting on your patio while your family swims and suns\.  There is  no need to load up towels, beach bags and refreshment and go to the elevator\. Simply walk outside and you have direct access to the pool, the boardwalk for beach access and our private fishing pier\.The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier\. The pool is located on the oceanside along with a community grill area that has tables and lounge chairs available on a first come basis\. There is also a tennis court on  premises available for your use\.A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation\.Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit\.\(Sorry, NO Pets Allowed\.\)Directly across the street \(walking distance\) from the "Surf" restaurant which offers indoor dining as well as outdoor on a spacious deck often with live music\.
