## Description
This is a spacious 2 bedroom/ 2\.5 bathroom townhome with private garage located in a quiet neighborhood close the base of the Steamboat Ski Area with a free Steamboat city bus stop at the end of the street\. The home has a great main floor layout with beautiful kitchen, nice dining area and a convenient half bath\. The living area has stylish furnishings, a gas fireplace and a fun shuffleboard table for family nights in\. There is a deck out back with seating and a BBQ grill and path that leads to the community hot tub\.

Upstairs you will find both large bedrooms and a full size washer/dryer\. The main bedroom has a King bed, TV and small chair that folds into a small bed perfect for a little one\. There is an attached bathroom with soaker tub and walk\-in shower\. The other bedroom has a sturdy Queen over Queen bunk bed and sitting area with TV\. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with tub/shower combo\. Both bedrooms have portable AC units for those summer days when it gets a little warmer\. In the living room, there is a Queen sleeper sofa\. 

The home has a private one car garage to keep your car out of the elements and another space in the driveway for parking\. There is a free Steamboat City Bus stop at the end of the neighborhood\. It runs about every 20 mins and its easy to hop on to ride back and forth to the ski area or you can transfer at the Gondola Transit Center to ride downtown\.
