## Description
Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift\. Our single level condo \(Unit 326\) is located on the 3rd floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza \- making your vacation as convenient as possible in summer or winter\.

The condo was completely remodeled and furnished in 2022 and features high end furnishings and a new washer/dryer\.  The kitchen is equipped with brand new cooking utensils, pots/pans etc\. and each bedroom features a TV along with the Main Living Space\.  The stone fireplace in the Main Living Space is electric\.

Bed Configuration: single level
Master: King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath \(Sleep Number bed\) 
Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds with TV 

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots\.  The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs \(year around\) on the ground floor\.

Due to HOA rules, the condo \(and all condos in the building\) is not pet friendly\.  Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals\.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility\. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club\.  When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added\.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied \(Excludes Christmas/New Years\)\.
