Welcome to Escape Plan, your family’s home base for adventure at Schuss Mountain\! This cozy ground\-floor condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and views — ideal for families or small groups looking to unwind and explore Northern Michigan\.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a well\-stocked kitchen, and a cozy living area with a fireplace, this space comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests\. The private master features a queen bed, the second bedroom includes two twins, and there’s a queen sofa sleeper plus a queen air mattress for extra sleeping space\. Guests love the clean, comfortable, and well\-equipped setup, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or the golf course\.

Step outside and you’re surrounded by nature — the Schuss Mountain golf course and ski slopes are right out your door, offering stunning views of rolling greens and marshland\. In summer, enjoy the outdoor pool just steps away or relax on the deck with a gas grill and plenty of green space for kids to play\. In winter, you’re just a short walk to the ski hill, or take a quick drive to Ivan’s for food and fun\.

Please note:  If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older 

no pets allowed in Villa Monte, unless it belongs to the condo owner 

Please Note: a refundable security deposit is required on all rentals ranging from $100 to $500 based on the place\.  This is refunded upon departure as long as no damages and the pool pass is present where applicable\.  If an Airbnb reservation, Airbnb will charge this fee when necessary\. 

All guests must be 25 or older, unless families with small children\.  A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure, if there are no issues\.
