This 1920’s East Waco bungalow was recently restored to make your stay full of comfort, quiet, and rest\. Walking distance to Brotherwell Brewery \(for you beer\-lovers\), Lula Jane’s Bakery \(trust me: the chocolate\-chip cookies are a must\), and Train Waco \(a crossfit gym in case you need to work off the beer and cookies\)\. Escape to East Waco\!

The Space:
The house boasts an open\-floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen\. Coffee? We’ve got you covered\. Keurig for an easy grab\-and\-go\.

Large family\-size dining table to enjoy your meal or send a few work emails from your computer\. If you’re here for work, our fast wifi will not disappoint\.

Large smart TV, for all of you trying to catch up on Game of Thrones\!

Each bedroom offers a queen\-size bed, topped with memory foam, to make sure you have a very comfortable sleep\. 

Washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer will help you look fresh around town\.

This house has quite a large, fenced yard, so bring along your pets\! They’re welcome for an additional fee\.

After 6  guests, there is an additional fee of $50 per guest, per night\.
