If you’re looking for an upscale waterfront experience, look no further than the Esplanade\. This 3rd floor, 1,800 square foot condo sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two fulls and it has 2\.5 bathrooms\.

Each time you look out the arched walls of your balcony, you’re greeted by the serene image of the waterfront promenade with a backdrop of yachts docked in Smokehouse Bay\. One of those boats might be yours since you’re only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical islands and from Olde Marco’s dockside restaurants with front row seats to some of the world’s most magical sunsets\.

Your balcony also overlooks the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains, palm trees and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores and an eclectic mix of restaurants\.

The atmosphere of luxury isn’t limited to the outside\. The exquisitely decorated interior is bathed by natural light through the arched walls of the balcony and floor\-to\-ceiling windows surrounding the living room\.  The dark wood dining room table looks out at a thick cluster of palms just beyond the balcony\.
