The spacious great room boasts floor to ceiling windows and a wood burning stove set atop a stunning layered rock hearth to keep you toasty warm on those wintery evenings \(\+ forced air heat\)\. After an evening of entertaining on the ample deck, retire to the rec room for a rousing game of billiards\. Located on a quiet cul\-de\-sac \(so bring the kid's bikes\!\) with a level driveway for easy access all year round\. In the summer, enjoy the popular Blue Lake Springs rec center with 2 lakes, pool, tennis, shuffleboard, playground, and much more \(guest fees apply\)\. You can also explore nearby attractions such as Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, the Arnold Rim Trail or the charming town of Murphys\.
