## Description
The Las Conchas area is well known as a place to get away from the sometimes crowded beaches right in Rocky Point\. Estrella Del Mar takes full advantage of it's privileged location, and makes for a charming and tranquil vacation spot\.

Located in section three, the home is off of the beach a short distance\. Outside amenities for this home include 2 porches, a large terrace, and a 2 car garage\.

Mexican tile floors are found n the main room, along with 2 black sofas, and a fire place\. There are 2 dining table \(one for the children\) and for entertainment there is a TV, DVD\. 

Ceramic tile shows up in the kitchen counter tops\. There is a built in counter bas, and you will find a coffee maker, a blender, and all needed major appliances\.

The bedrooms have a king, queen, and two twin beds respectively\. FYI there is no washer dryer, or sofa bed available\. There is a $35 USD fee for pets as well\.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys\.
