Right at the base of the famous "Stumper Run" \(A\.K\.A\. Lower Milk Run\), this adorable western\-themed one\-bedroom condo will capture your heart\! Enjoy the hot tub in the summer or hop on your mountain bike and take a spin along the San Miguel River\. The bedroom has a queen bed, and you will find a brand new queen\-size pull\-out sleeper sofa in the living room\. 

The cozy kitchen/living/dining room is a treat to relax in and reminisce about the day's adventures\. The unit has high\-speed internet\. Garage parking is available only for reservations of 30 days or more\. 

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns\. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA\. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them\. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills\. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures\. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay\.
