"Even Keel" is the perfect beach getaway for your next trip to South Walton along 30A\! Located in the quaint community of Old Florida Village, you'll experience front porch sitting and slower pace strolling at its best\! “Even Keel” is pet friendly allowing dogs, anything over 30lbs will need to be approved or you can bring 2 dogs up to 30lbs\. Old Florida Village is the perfect neighborhood for walking your furry friend\. 

You'll find ample parking in the brick\-paved drive for 2 cars with overflow parking directly next door and around the neighborhood\. The open porch off the back yard area is ideal for grilling those evening meals on the gas grill\. 

Updated living, dining, bedroom furniture in all rooms throughout\. The first floor offers a living room with sectional sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and lots of windows with natural lighting, dining area with dining table seating 6 plus breakfast bar, with 3 additional place settings, for a total of 9\. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances\. An open furnished back porch with grill leads to a back yard\. There is also a bedroom on the first floor with queen size bed, flat screen TV, and private porch with rocking chairs\. The first floor full bath is conveniently located in the hallway between the kitchen and the bedroom\. 

Moving up to the 2nd floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed, flat\-screen TV, private bath and private open balcony\. There is a hall laundry closet with a full\-size washing machine and dryer, essential for keeping those beach towels ready for the pool or beach\! To complete the home, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with a double size bed, a twin bed, a private porch, and a private full bath\. "Even Keel" will certainly help you wind down to beach time and leave the worries of everyday life behind\! The location allows easy bike ride to the Gulfview Heights or Ed Walline Beach Access, Gulf Place shops and restaurants or explore further down 30A to discover more nature trails and scenic beauty of South Walton along 19 miles of bike paths of 30A\.
