This privately owned condo offers a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy fireplace for après\-ski relaxation\. Guests have access to all the amenities of the Evergreen Lodge, including an outdoor heated pool \(summer only\), indoor hot tub, dry saunas, fitness center, and restaurant\. Additional conveniences include free garage parking and meeting rooms for business or gatherings\. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location in this exceptional Vail retreat\.
FEATURES: The primary bedroom has two queen beds and a private full bath\. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin\-sized set of bunks\. The second bathroom is in the hall\. 

NO Air\-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation\. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise\.
