This home features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, open concept with cozy living room, and a dining area with a slider leading to the back deck—perfect for grilling and outdoor dining\. There’s one bedroom on the main floor and three more upstairs, along with a second\-floor den for relaxing after a day at the lake\.

Enjoy streaming your favorite shows or family movie nights with the smart TVs, cable, DVD player, and board games\. Stay cool with window and floor A/C units and fans throughout the home\. WiFi is included for your convenience\.

Guests are welcome to bring their boat, kayaks, or paddleboards—there’s parking for up to 4 vehicles \(including trailers\), a nearby public boat launch, and even a kayak and SUP at the beach rack for your use\.
