floor, glass doors, plumbing, and vanities\. Offering tranquil Lagoon 
& Golf Course views, Guests of Evian 271 can enjoy their morning 
coffee while relaxing on their Private Patio\. Bike or Drive easily to 
the Shipyard Beach Club\.  

The Evian Community offers a 5 Acre Lake, 6 Free 
Tennis Courts plus a Large Sunny Pool and miles of Bike
