Your master suite has a king bed and spacious master bathroom and the guest suite has a queen bed\.  Both bedrooms have large flat screen TV's and are comfortably appointed\.Your kitchen is open and well\-equipped if you want to cook or you can try the local cuisine at one of the many close\-by restaurants on the island\.  Be sure to visit Historic Centre Street for shopping and dining\.  Enjoy your private screened\-in lanai where you can relax with the peaceful view of the wooded preserve\. The beach is a short walk or drive or you can spend your days lounging by the villa pool\.No garage access\. 1 parking space\.Pets are not permitted\.
