## Description
This 2\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed and a double\-sized bunk bed\. It features a private patio with views of the shared pool and hot tub\. Updated kitchen\. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities\. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high\-speed gondola\. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub\.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day\. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional\. Just off the living area is the private patio\. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of the courtyard with the shared pool and hot tub\. Perfect for keeping watch to see when the hot tub is empty before you head out\.

The full\-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances\. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair\. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination\. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries\.

The primary suite features a king\-sized bed and a flat screen TV\. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy\. The guest bedroom has a double\-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV\.

\*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st\-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th\*

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking\.
