## Description
This 1\-bedroom, 1\-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa\. It features a private balcony with partial slope views\. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities\. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high\-speed gondola\. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub\.

The entryway has a mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day\. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a DVD player\. There is a queen\-sized sleeper sofa and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet\. The private balcony is just off the main living area and overlooks Dercum Square that has an ice rink during the winter and a miniature golf course during the summer\. To the south are partial slope views\.

The full\-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you need to cook a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four\. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination\. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries\. The bedroom features a king\-sized bed and a mounted television\.

\*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st\-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th\*
