The condo is located next to Ziegler Park in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati\. Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown\. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer\. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here\. You're right on Ziegler Park, less than a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street\. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium\.

It's so easy to get around \-\- walk everywhere if you'd like\. If walking isn't your thing, you'll find plenty of Lime and Bird scooters, Redbike stations, and of course there's Uber\. The nearest Streetcar stop is just blocks away, and it will get you around downtown for FREE\. Alternatively you can use your vehicle\.

Please note that the advertised pool is Ziegler Pool, a fantastic community pool a 5\-minute walk away\. It is open mid\-May through early September\.
