This property is a fantastic place to stay for families and friends\! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an office with a pull out couch\. The house has all updated interior, a fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable living room with a flat screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and movies\. The amazing backyard is complete with a private pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table, multiple lounge & seating areas, and plenty of yard games and more\. 

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please\! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check\-in, this is an additional $100 daily\. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3\-night reservation\.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check\-in or when the trip has already commenced\.

Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump\. The pool temperature will get within 10 degrees of the ambient air temperature\.
