Welcome to our modern oasis in Phoenix, Arizona\! This stunning 7\-bedroom, 5\-bath home comfortably sleeps 16 and boasts a private pool, a relaxing gazebo, and exciting entertainment options like a life\-size Connect Four and plastic axe throwing game\. Experience luxury and fun in the desert\!This unique place has a style all its own\.

\- You can access the pool and request \(optional\) pool heating for $150 per night\. All nights of the stay must be paid off\.

\- Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much\-needed shade during the warmer seasons\. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area\. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control\.

In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check\-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees\. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this\.

We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings\.
