Our home is the dream Disney vacation rental that will stop you in your tracks\. This home has a shared pool with a rockslide baja step and splash pad area\! Just off the 5 freeway and central to the best local amenities around, enjoy the benefits of a short 1 mile drive to the Disney Resort\. It's right off the freeway for convenience yet tucked away for a great getaway complimented by all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury private home\.

\+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count \- 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY \(will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard\)\. Must not encroach into sidewalk\. NO parking on public streets\. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited\. 
\+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm \- 9am\. Outdoor facilities \(pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc\) are off limits during this time\. 
\+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation\.
\+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
\+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre\-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay\.
\+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid\-stay cleaning fee\.
\+ Check\-ins and/or Check\-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
\+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us\.
\+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500\-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD\. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property\. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed\.
