Spacious home close Disneyland\. First floor features an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining area leading to the private backyard with BBQ\. There you can relax and grill after a long day at the parks and enjoy the fireworks right from the home\.

The second floor features an additional living room that's perfect for kids\. A bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a super comfy queen size bed\. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor\.

The third floor features a huge master bedroom complete with 2 queen size beds, en\-suite bathroom, walk in closet and private balcony\.

\+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm \- 9am\. Outdoor facilities are off limits during this time\.
\+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation\.
\+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
\+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre\-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay\.
\+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid\-stay cleaning fee\.
\+ Check\-ins and/or Check\-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
