•	Security Cameras: Exterior\-only cameras may be present for city compliance\. 
•	STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations\. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated\.
Small dogs allowed \(under 25 lbs\) \- fee and deposit will apply\. Inquire for more information\.
•	Maximum Occupancy: 19 guests total \(including infants\), with a maximum of 15 adults\.
•	Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking\.
