Description:
This 3 bedroom 2\.5 bathroom home with A/C is located near circle 6 and the Woodlands Golf Course\. This is a very nice family condo that is reverse living with 2 levels\. It has its own swimming pool in the condo complex in the summer months\. There are 3 flat\-screen TVs \(the living room and primary bedroom TVs are smart TVs\), a wood burning fireplace, gas BBQ, and bikes\.  Kitchen remodel done October 2021\!

Upstairs:
Upstairs is the main living area of the condo\.  The kitchen, living room, a hall bath, and the Primary bedroom are all upstairs\.  The Primary bedroom houses a queen bed and has a full bath En Suite\.   

Downstairs: 
Downstairs, the first bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the Hot Tub\.  The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed\.  There's a full bath downstairs as well as the Washer and Dryer and garage access\.  

Recreation Access: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes\.  Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and the boat launch\.
