Falcon’s Lodge is an adorable 3BR/2\.5BTH cabin tucked away in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains\. Come enjoy this majestic view with a cup of coffee on the balcony\. Light up the Fire Pit, sit back, & watch the stars shine above, or head upstairs to watch the stars from the telescope\. Downstairs you can play a friendly game of Pool, or soak the day away in the Hot Tub\. Relax in the serenity & quiet of the evergreens, while only being 3 miles from the exciting city of Pigeon Forge\.

\- Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs\. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am\.

\- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\.

\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.

\- Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens for the Pack\-N\-Play\. 

\- 4WD or AWD is only necessary in winter months due to the steep paved roads\.

\- This is a pet\-friendly property\. There will be a fee of $75\.00 per pet\. This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies\.

Please note that no pets should be over 80 lbs, and we only allow a maximum of 3 pets\. Pets must be housebroken and kenneled when unsupervised; they should not be left unattended\. Pets are not allowed on furniture\.
