Summary:
This lovely 3\-bed, 2\.5\-bath house on one acre is a non\-smoking property\. Located 6 minutes from Glenn Brooke with Kroger, Target, and Kohl's\. Indian Lake, with many dining options, is about 8 minutes away\. Two pets are welcome with a $150 non\-refundable cleaning fee\. Note: the back of the garage is rented short\-term but is separate from the house\. Upstairs features one king bed in the room with a single bed\.

The Space:
The detached garage is rented out as well\. This is a completely different area that won't effect your stay at all\.  They do park in the same driveway\.
