ROOMS & BEDS \- 1 bedroom, loft, 2 bath\. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV\. Loft bedroom has a queen bed with privacy curtains and smart TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, six burner stove with oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
