We allow up to 16 people but the guest must decide if the space will be comfortable for their group\. Each group is different\.

Situated in the core of Bates Hendricks, guests have the convenience to either walk or drive to numerous local stores and dining options in both Bates Hendricks and the adjacent Fountain Square\. You will here cars passing and the occasional siren just like any other downtown neighborhood
