## Description
This lower\-level studio is a comfortable pied\-a\-terre in our most popular building just two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown shops and restaurants\. There is a sitting area in front of the large flat\-screen TV and a microwave, small refrigerator, and sink\. Guests access the condo via a downstairs patio\. Please note this studio is located on the garden level of the building and receives minimal natural light\.  It is also located adjacent to a boiler room, most suitable for one guest\.
