This two level 3\-bedroom, 3\-bathroom condo features a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless\-steel appliances\. The dining area accommodates 8 comfortably, and there is a washer/dryer inside the unit\. All bedrooms have a wall\-mounted A/C unit and an en suite bathroom\. Guests enjoy the downstairs patio with seating and direct access to the Fasching Haus courtyard\.
