## Description
Summary:
Capitol State Heights will make your next family getaway a hit with everyone, young or old\! We have four bedrooms/two bathrooms and can sleep up to ten guests\! Our home is two miles from downtown and three miles from the White Water Park; you will love the convenience\. Our house has something for everyone\. Pets are welcome with a fee\. We would love to host you\!

The Space:
Guests will climb the backstairs to get to the rear door with a digital keypad for entry\. Inside, we have a comfortable living space with a queen sofa bed, a futon, and a SmartTV\. The kitchen is fully equipped; you can prepare your favorite meals for family and friends\! 
We have four cozy bedrooms: a king room, a queen room, a full bedroom, and a room with two twin beds\. Additionally, we have two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer\.
Outside, enjoy the fenced\-in yard and a great patio out back\!
Pack\-N\-Play available upon request\. Vacuum available upon request\. 

Guest Interaction:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check\-in and check\-out automated\. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together\.

Access:
Access to the home is through the front or back door\. Has a digital lock, punch  in the 4 digit code then the key lock icon button  and  then the door will open\. You will receive the code at check\-in\. House has a private driveway for parking

Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is charming and established\. Conveniently located to Interstate, downtown, shopping and dining\.

Transit:
We provide private parking for guests\. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well\.

Additional Notes:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book\.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment\. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment\.
We are a pet friendly home\. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home\. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard\. All pets require a non\-refundable pet fee\. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this\. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets\.
