Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan, with living room, kitchen, dining and family room areas all together\. You'll find a gas fireplace in the family room with cable TV and DVD player\. The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up your family's favorite meals, and the adjacent dining room offers seating for 8 plus three more at the kitchen counter\.

Downstairs you'll find the primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, private bathroom with shower and a walk in closet, laundry, and half guest bathroom can also be found on the mail level\. 

Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms including a second king bedroom with private half bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk plus a twin bed\. A full bathroom with shower and tub is shared for these guests\.

The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub\. The garage also has ping pong and mini air hockey for a little competitive fun\!
