HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue\. Reservations are for accommodations only\. No guests under 25 \(without parent or legal guardian\)\. No Bachelor parties\. No smoking anywhere on premises\. \*\*Please note that the fifth bedroom has a loft\-style layout and does not have a traditional door at the top of the stairs\. The queen and king beds on the third floor share one ensuite bathroom\.
