\- Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs\. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am\.

\- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\.

\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- The Laundry Room is located in the basement, which is only accessible from the outside\. 

\- Due to restrictions in our liability insurance, the following dog breeds are not allowed to accompany a renter: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above\.

\- We charge a $75 pet fee per pet\. This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies\. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone\.

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.

\- Guests are responsible for providing their own Charcoal & Fishing Rods\.

\*Please Note \- Haven is not responsible for stocking the pond\. If the stock becomes low please inform our Guest Messaging Team, and we will contact those responsible\. We will be unable to give an ETA for when the pond will be restocked, and there will be no refunds given to those inconvenienced by a low stock due to it being out of our control\. Please know we are trying our best to get it stocked as soon as possible\. Thank you for your understanding\.
