Float On Inn is a block away from both of the private subdivision parks on the Frio River\. Have a golf cart? Bring it with you\! Heartstone is the only subdivision in Concan that permits the use of golf carts within its confines\. Don't have a golf cart? No worries\! You can rent one and have it delivered and waiting for you when you arrive\.

Just minutes away from various Frio River access points, a short drive to Garner State Park and around the corner from the Frio Valley Ranch golf course, and House Pasture Cattle Company for dinner and dancing,  you're located in the heart of it all\!
