1\. South Beach \(15 minutes away\)

The southern tip of Miami Beach puts the amor glamor\. It glitters, shimmies, and shakes its groove thing with boutique and brand name stores, high\-end restaurants, trendy nightclubs, lots of beautiful people, and stunning Art Deco architecture\. What’s not to love? There’s plenty to do during the day too — you’re at the beach after all\. There’s also Haulover Park for fishing, golf, and bicycle rides, Española Way filled with its charming Mediterranean architecture and consummate culture for design and art buffs at the Wolfsonian — FIU museum\.


2\. Ocean Drive \(15 minutes away\)

Often included as part of South Beach, Ocean drive has a vibe all of its own\. The Guests will be Required to Pay a $947 Check\-Out Cleaning Fee\.

Although the cleaning fee is included in the Airbnb booking, guests can request additional cleaning services\. These services must be requested 24 hours in advance and are available at a rate of $400 per cleaning, whether for every other day or daily cleaning\.

Upon your arrival, a credit card and valid ID must be handed in for check\-in\. As with every other hotel, this is just for a security deposit that WILL be returned to you almost immediately after check\-out\.   

NOTE: The guest is required to pay a TRANSIENT RENTAL FEE of $16\.52 plus tax per stay directly at the resort upon checkout\. Also, you can stay with a group of up to 10 guests in our Penthouse, but you may need to include a cot or rollaway bed\. It will cost $60 per day\.

\*\*Attention: An INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT shall be placed for $2000 per stay and will be refunded after checked out\.   

However, if the hotel does seem to find any damage within the room, the guest shall be contacted for further questioning which can result in you being charged\.   

Guests have access to all resort facilities; however, some of these places, such as the resort's restaurants, have extra fees\.

Cabana credit is included as part of the amenities\. If you’d like to reserve a cabana, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you with the booking and applying the credit\. Any remaining balance can be settled directly with the resort\. Please note that beach umbrellas are also available for an additional fee\.

Finally, staying with MAK, while we strive to provide the exact room shown in the photo, situations may arise that require us to adjust room assignments\. Rest assured, the suite you book will be of a similar or even better standard than the one in the photos and that is MAK’s guarantee\. Please be advised that we do not allow Airbnb Experiences\. Only experiences or services provided by MAK are permitted\.
