## Description
Enter this 4\-bedroom townhome to an inviting foyer, with garage access and a bench to remove your boots or hang up your coats\. Then head down the hall, past a half bath, to an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area\. Beyond is a large deck looking out onto the woods, accessible from 2 sliders\. Enjoy the flat\-screen TV and gas fireplace from the comfortable living room sofa, or cook in the spacious kitchen with a gas stove, while everyone gathers at the dining table in between\.
Upstairs, find three bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry area\. To the right, the primary bedroom is sweeping, with picture windows overlooking the mountains, a king bed, and a flat\-screen TV\. The bathroom consists of a jetted tub area, followed by the usual 3 pieces, including a shower\. In the hallway closet, find your full\-sized washer and dryer, and across the way, a second bath\. This serves the second bedroom, with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with a set of double\-sized bunk sets\. Downstairs, you'll find another full bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed and daybed, and another living area, with access outside to the grassy lawn behind the home\.

While here enjoy the Forest Ridge Club House, with tennis courts, an indoor pool, and a heated outdoor pool\.  Use of swim club requires digital key access\.  Loon Mountain is just a mile away\.
