## Description
A three bedroom townhouse offering large airy rooms with plenty of space for vacationers\. Enjoy the wooded mountain views from the back deck or relax in front of the stone fireplace and watch a favorite movie\. Whatever your vacation plans, this home would make a wonderful location\.

Enter this two\-level vacation property to the foyer with garage access and head down the short hall to the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with gas fireplace, smart flat\-screen TV and two sets of sliding doors to the spacious back deck\. Additionally off the short hall on this lower level is a half bath\. Upstairs are three bedrooms; the primary with a king size bed and in\-suite bath with jet tub, the second with a queen size bed and the third with a set of pyramid \(twin over full\) bunk beds\. Each of these bedrooms has a television and the second and third bedroom share a full bath\. The laundry facilities can also be found on this upper level\.

While here enjoy the Forest Ridge Club House, with tennis courts, indoor pool and heated outdoor pool\. Loon Mountain is just a mile away\.  Use of swim club requires digital key access\.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
