## Description
This ground\-floor garden\-style condominium is just a short distance from the swim club at Forest Ridge and has beautiful views of the pond and mountains\. Drop your shoes and coats in the foyer and then enter to the open\-concept living, dining, and kitchen area\. The galley\-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove with a self\-clean oven\.  The dining area has a spacious table with seating for six\.  Four additional seats are available close by at the kitchen counter\. The living room area contains comfortable overstuffed seating, a flat\-screen television with a DVD player, and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace for those cool fall nights\. The generous back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area, and you can step through the gate to the backyard and grill\. The primary bedroom offers a king\-size bed, flat\-screen television, an attached full private bath, and a separate sliding door to the back deck\. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed,  while the third and final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and some board games\. In the hall between the primary bedroom and the remaining bedrooms, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer and a second full bath\.

Forest Ridge 166\-3 is just a short distance from the Forest Ridge Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, exercise and game rooms, as well as the tennis courts\.   Use of swim club requires digital key access\.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at 
Pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance\. Admittance may be denied for non\-adherence to club rules\. 
This unit has no air conditioning\. There are fans in each bedroom\.
