## Description
Enter this spacious three\-level townhouse to a foyer with benches to sit and remove outer\-ware\. Through the foyer and to the right is a hall leading to a half bath and the laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer but continue straight on to the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the door to the back deck\.  The living room offers two couches, wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV\.  The full kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher\. The dining area table seats six with four more stools close\-by at the kitchen counter\.  Additionally, there is an air conditioning split unit in the dining area to cool this level of the townhouse\.

From the living room head downstairs to a second living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, two bedrooms and a full shared bath\.  The bedroom to the right holds two sets of bunk beds, while the bedroom to the left offers a queen bed\.  The full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms\.

Travel back up to the main living entry level and journey upstairs to find two additional bedrooms each with their own private bath and air conditioning split unit\.  The Primary bedroom to the right has a king bed\.  The final bedroom has two twin beds\.

Enjoy membership in the Forest Ridge Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over\-looking a private pond\.  Use of swim club requires digital key access\. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away and shuttle bus service is provided weekends and holidays in season\.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at 
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance\. Admittance may be denied for non\-adherence to club rules\.  
This unit has built\-in air conditioning, in the living room and upper bedrooms\.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 \+ tax one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed\.
Forest Ridge requires at least a 3\-night minimum and a minimum renter age of 24 years\.
